Some Products may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, or optional cloud storage. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Third-party services are chosen for their privacy standards and limited to the minimum required. Prithv does not permit third-party advertising within its Products.
Prithv Products are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. Prithv does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information through a Prithv Product, please contact support@prithv.com and the relevant data will be removed promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prithv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, any Product.
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Prithv in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Prithv may suspend or terminate access to Products at any time, including where a user is found to have violated these Terms. Users may discontinue use at any time. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
